So this is my final week of Slow Carb. I decided to cut it down by 1 week as it has been effective so far and i don’t want to drop below 70KG!
48hrs after my last cheat day my weight was 72.2KG
Next week will be the real test as to how my body composition is shaping up. Cheat day is Saturday this week. I felt tired yesterday, long working day, but lively again this morning! On a side note i got a very rare twin egg yolk from one of my eggs this morning!
