Happy new year!

I hope you’ve all had a wonderful festive season, i’ve been busy working, training and getting festive over Christmas. Our classes and Personal Training are going very well and we’ve started back at it today. My marathon training is still going strong, i completed 11 miles recently and plan on trying 12 this weekend. Everything is gearing up for that big day on the 26th of April 🙂 i’ll do a bigger post on this in the near future.
